How to place an order
1) Choose your size
Select a size for the artwork and whether you just want the head to appear in the artwork or a full bust. I offer a few standard sizes. If you would like a different size, please choose custom and add details in the special request box. You will receive a custom priced offer accordingly.
2) Choose your background
The standard is a black background (#12110c). If you want a different color, you can select one here. Make sure the color is contrasting. Do not choose black for black animals or white for white animals. Slight color variations may occur in printing. An image with transparent background is included so you can paste it on a background of your choice later.
3) Choose your style
Whether you want to put your artwork in a frame with passe-partout (mat/mount) or without, make sure you choose the appropriate size and additional options. The bigger the artwork the more brush strokes and time it takes to create.
If you would like the name of your pet in the art work, please select the option an fill out the name.
4) Special requests
If you have any, write down any special requests or sizes. If this means additional work, I will send you a custom offer with prices. If not, you will receive an invoice once I have reviewed the details and image you have submitted.
5) Select delivery options and preferred method of payment
Don't worry about payment at this moment. Just select which method has your preference and select. When you receive the order confirmation, I will send you details for payment.
6) Upload an image
Upload a picture of your pet. Use my image guidelines to make sure you get the best result.
7) Add your details
I require your name and an e-mail address to start the ordering process. If you would like to receive Whats app updates of the work, please submit your phone number.
6) Submit your order
If you have requested a fixed-price item from our website, I will send you an order confirmation and a payment request as soon as all details have been approved. If you have specific wishes, I will send you a custom offer with prices. If you are happy with the offer, you will receive an invoice and I will start work.
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email. If you haven't received anything after 2 hours, please get in touch with me through email.
1) Order form check
After I receive your order form, I will check that everything is in order. For instance, I will check if the image you have sent is suitable for the artwork you have commissioned. I will contact you for additional details if needed. When everything is in order you will receive an order confirmation and payment request.
2) Offer & payment request
If you have requested a non-standard item, I will first send you an offer based on the details of the request. As soon as you have given your consent, I will send you an order confirmation and payment request.
As soon as I have received your payment, I will start working on your commissioned artwork. I will deliver it to you no later than the agreed date or at the latest 3 weeks from the date of payment received.
Change or cancel order
In accordance with our General Terms & Conditions, orders for product and services that are personalized or made-to-order cannot be canceled once paid for and refunds cannot be given. Some changes may be possible while the artwork is in progress. Please contact me as soon as possible.
If for some reason you aren't happy with how the artwork turned out, email me with the exact changes within 48 hours of receipt. If your revision is not too large, I will be able to implement it. I can do a maximum of 4 revisions. You will receive the new file within 5 days.

With an electronic bank transfer you can easily transfer the required amount. You will receive the bank details will in a payment request. If you transfer money from a non-EURO account, bank charges may apply. Make sure you accept those charges by using the expense regulation method "OUR".
PayPal is a free and online payment service for safe, easy and quick online purchases. The details of your bank account or credit card are only stored with PayPal. PayPal payments will incur a 3% service charge.

All prices at BrendaWaldekker.com are subject to 21% VAT under Dutch law, unless stated otherwise. Your invoice states the VAT amount that is included in your order.
Most items at BrendaWaldekker.com are personalized or made-to-order and require time to be produced. Delivery time entirely depends on the exact item(s) you want to order, the number of items, and how busy I am. A single artwork will generally take up to 3 weeks.
After I have received your order request, I will get in touch with you to discuss all details, including estimated delivery time. Of course I will do my very best to deliver items as soon as possible.
Methods of delivery
Digital items (for instance a digital artwork of your pet) will be delivered to you by email. If these items are too large to add to an email attachment, I will send you a link to download the documents. This link is active for a limited amount of time.
