What is the delivery time of my order?
For standard art works delivery time is 3 weeks at the latest from the time I have received payment. For custom orders with specific wishes or multiple pictures, delivery time may be longer. You will receive an estimated order date in your order confirmation.
How do I receive my artwork?
If you have ordered a standard, digital artwork, you will receive the files through email. If they are too big, you can download them via a link I will send to the specified email address.
What is the file type?
You will receive a JPEG/JPG, PDF & PNG.
I would like a different size artwork or multiple animals in one artwork. Is that possible?
Absolutely. Just explain your wishes in the order form and I will send you an offer based on your requirements.
I would like to have the artwork printed. Is that possible?
You will receive a digital file which you can use to print any way you like. Just upload the file via a printing service of your choice. If for some reason you are unable to print it and would like my help in doing so, I can make arrangements for an additional fee. Specify your requirements in the form and I will send you an offer.
Can I order an artwork of a human as well?
Definitely. Although I specialize in drawing animals, I can draw humans too. The price of a human face is the same as a pet. Just add a picture of a human instead of a pet. Or, upload a combination of a pet and human. Additional fee may apply for additional faces (human or other animals).
What are the payment options?
At this moment it is possible to pay by bank transfer (Europe), Paypal (Worldwide) & Creditcard (Worldwide). You can’t pay directly through the order form. You will receive an order conformation with payment options.
I have received my artwork, but am not completely satisfied. What can I do?
Send an email withing 48 hours after you have received the artwork and specify which changes you would like. If the changes are not too large, I will implement them. I will do up to 4 changes and you will receive the new version within 5 days. It is not possible to ask for revisions after 48 hours after you received your artwork. It is not possible to get your money back or send in a new picture. Your artwork is a custom piece and I have already worked many hours to finish it.
